Emporium Pies is a specialty pie shop with storefront locations in Oak Cliff, Deep Ellum, McKinney, and Fort Worth Texas. While also making local deliveries in the Dallas Metro area and shipping nationwide from our Bakery Kitchen. All of our pies are handmade using high quality ingredients with offerings that change with the seasons.

Emporium Pies Shop in Deep Ellum, Dallas TX is looking to add Team Member Leads to our Deep Ellum Team. The role of a Team Member Lead is to lead the team scheduled through their shift, and communicate anything needed that happens on shift to the Manager. The ideal candidate is a personable self-starter who is motivated to work hard and grow with our company. We are looking for employees excited to provide above and beyond customer service to each and every customer.

Team Member Lead Responsibilities
  • Facilitating the use of the opening/closing checklist to properly open/close the store
  • Ensure that items on the daily checklists are being handled, such as: making packaging, keeping up with dishes, restocking restroom and coffee, etc.
  • Support the Manager in training new team members
  • Know how to unlock and lock up the shop, as well as how to open and close our cash drawer. 

The Team Member Lead is responsible for ensuring the completion of the daily tasks that make Emporium Pies run properly and efficiently. The Team Member Lead uses the tools provided by Emporium Pies to run their shifts in a consistent manner and with consistent expectations of staff members. 

Target Earnings: $17-$24/hr

Wage: $12.00/hr + Tips. Average Tips of Last 6 months is $7.50/hr
